TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sinister Music Inc. sells and ships products to end user customers only (Artists). You may not purchase for resale. Sinister Music Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Sinister Music Inc. suspects you are purchasing for resale.
Sinister Music Inc. will send you a confirmation of your payment via your confirmation email within 24-48 hours of payment.
Once payment is received in full, Artist receives available slot on disc paid for.
Shipment of Complimentary CD:
Shipping must be paid in order to receive your complimentary copies of your CDs.
You can find the shipping option when you proceed to checkout.
ALLOW BETWEEN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LAST CONCERT SHOW DATE OF THE COMPILATION FOR COMPLIMENTARY AND ANY EXTRA CD COPIES TO POST MARK IN MAIL.
ON AVERAGE THEY USUALLY WIND UP GOING OUT NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK AFTER, BUT JUST IN CASE WE GET BACKED UP WE ASK FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT IT MAY TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LAST TOUR DATE.
Our Refund Policy is conditional, and refunds are allowed only if purchased product is not as described, namely:
if the compilation CD you have purchased to be apart of does not have features and functionality as described at www.sinistermusicinc.com website, and
after we have determined that these features could not be implemented (to avoid any such situation or misunderstanding, please refer to "Frequently Asked Questions" at www.sinistermusicinc.com/faq website and/or contact us to make sure that we can indeed provide the services that you desire.)
If an Artist submits payment and there are no longer any tracks available a refund will be issued in full immediately.
If we decide to not produce and cancel a compilation disc, artist will have the option of a full refund for date cancelled or to be moved to another compilation or disc.
In the event of a cancellation or postponed date, or no representative is available:
we can not issue a refund if the CDs have already been produced
Sinister Music Inc will ensure that the CDs be handed out at another comparable show with a 2 week time period
Customer's inability to use purchased product(s) due to lack of required skills and/or dissatification due to personal opinion does not require us to provide a refund, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
Artist Dissatisfied for any reason with track positioning, content of CD, personal opinion of physical appearance of artwork on CD;
inability to view Sinister Music Inc. terms and faq's due to lack of web browser usage skills.
Furthermore, the following does not require us to provide a refund, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
Artist claiming Sinister Music Inc. did not attend the show stated.
Artist must have physical proof beyond any reasonable doubt that Sinister Music Inc. or affiliates such as working bands or street team members in fact were not at the show handing out the said amount of compilation discs at anytime between the show time start and an hour after the show stated ends.
We provide refunds for Artists of
Sinister Music Inc.
who pay by credit card or PayPal within 30 days after you post a request for
refund and Sinister Music Inc. approves.
Refunds after 30-days period is expired is not available. Refund is not
available for wire bank transfer payments.
No repeated refunds are available.
All bank transfer commissions are paid by customer. We are not responsible for
reimbursement of any bank charges to customer.
Sinister Music Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Sinister Music Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on Sinister Music Inc. concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
Sinister Music Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at Sinister Music Inc. at any time.
Sinister Music Inc is not directly affiliated with the tours, bands on the tours, sponsors or venues we list.
We do have direct permission and work directly with the record labels and their artists in a promotional effort on each Sinister Music INC compilation CD.
